I can't praise this device enough. I sleep lighter now and don't need the hard zaps like I used to. I am in the medical field so I can work some long hours and get little sleep. On those days I need the zap, and this new band (compared to the mesh band) works way better for me. It stays in place, looks good, doesn't pull my hair, and doesn't come off easy (so no more slipping the band off to catch more sleep). I've conditioned myself in quite a few ways with the reinforcement of my Pavlok device. I can't wait to upgrade to the Shock Clock Max and get the new ring and see how much I can achieve!
Lasted a couple months this time but needs to be attached to the watch better, I keep tearing it off on my sleep and having to get new bands for it overall good product and since this one is stretchy it doesn’t break as easily
The band is made of comfortable material and if it were longer I’d be satisfied. It is a replacement for a metal band that broke. I wouldn’t recommend the silicone band for people with well above average size wrists. My wrists are quite large, which I explained to customer service who assured me it would be large enough, but there is only one hole left. The band won’t stay clasped through day to day movements, so only worn at night.
I would like to see Pavlok invest in developing a band or a series that are for large wrists, but we are a small market and losing our business is likely more profitable than pandering to our needs.
Obviously disappointed… love the product conceptually, but don’t recommend.

Fits as it should. More discreet than the original with a purple trim. Comfortable like the original and excellent as a spare strap. A nice perk of using the device nightly for sleep tracking. Thanks!!
