Got the shock clock 3 before this one, wanted to have a backup one, and also a more elegant looking, more bracelet type, if I want to wear a classic watch too. It’s a very great product! I have had to continuously Repair it on the app because it disconnects and needed to flip it upside down so that it delivers a more powerful shock because it has a trouble going through hair on my wrist. Other than that though it does the job and it has helped me wake up on time during all of university
As advertised for an alarm clock would be nice to be able to control from smartwatch too rather than just device
I have a hard time waking up, and this is helping me 100%. Just the thought of the shock wakes me up; no alarm ever did that before. Plus, I'm not going back to sleep because of the adrenaline or whatever that's pumping so much because of it. I love it! A little watch on the front wouldn't hurt for everyday use, but other than that, it's a great product.

I often use it on my ankle, it works well that way too! Especially if you have a smart watch on your wrist or the bracelet is too big.

I like the Pavlok 3, as a alarm clock it definitely has the power to motivate me to get out of bed on time. It's not without it's hiccups tho. Firstly, it's expensive. It's hard to justify getting something like this unless you have a really messed up sleep schedule that's hard to fix. I can look past the price tho because it works, and that nothing important is locked behind additional paywalls/subscriptions like you would see on similar cheaper app controlled devices. Would love to see some open source software support on this but one can only dream. The battery life is really good and lasts me the full week of work with plenty of boredom shocks in-between. I completely understand why they used plastic for housing (non conductive and all that) unfortunately, that makes durability a bit questionable. After the first two days of wearing it, it's already gotten a few deep scratches on the case. Replaceable top covers would be really nice. If someone from Pavlok is reading this, You could even have different colors/designs too with that idea. Another thing to note is that the accelerometer used for detecting motion like Jumping Jacks is pretty easy to fool, but that might not be a bad thing. I typically use the Jumping Jack feature and all I need to do to fool the device is wave my arm around for a few seconds. However, I live on the second floor, and jumping would disturb the room below. I find waving my arm frantically in the morning is actually enough to get my blood moving and get me to wake up, albeit a little slower. My only real issue with the feature is that the jumping jack wake up setting makes the device beep at what sounds like full volume every time a jump is performed. An option to lower the volume of that beep to about 10% would be greatly appreciated. Over all, it's a great little device! I like it, it's working to fix my sleep schedule, and it looks good. While I have some very small nit picks with the software and durability, I do not regret my purchase at all.
Amazing device! I decided to upgrade from my Pavlok 2 to the new Pavlok 3, and I’m not disappointed at all. The bracelet is incredibly comfortable, the build quality is excellent, and the overall experience is even better than I expected. I’m truly impressed with the improvements and very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

I hate this thing, it’s great. The results are really night and day. Within 48 hours I’m already building a new morning routine that I was missing out on due to oversleeping. If you’re not a morning person, or consider yourself a night owl and you want to change that, this is the device for that. Being addicted to procrastination and being unproductive is just like an addiction to anything else, and when you really do want to change and become more productive, the Pavlok will easily help change you- if you allow it. All you need to do is put it on, the rest comes naturally. I find myself going to bed earlier because I know the Pavlok will not negotiate in morning.
The Bluetooth constantly is disconnecting from my phone, which is annoying because it renders the app fairly useless. I have to reconnect it every time I want to look at the app. The shock function works better on this one than my last one, but I still wish I could get at least 50% stronger shock out of it. When dealing with those tough moments there are times it isn't enough.
I have a huge issue with waking up for an alarm in the morning. I haven't been late to work since! This product is a life saver.
It's the best purchase I've ever made!! This watch will and I mean WILL wake you up at any time! The shock at 50% makes me jump out of bed right away, It's incredible and worth every penny. I am a heavy sleeper and for everyone else that can't wake up to an alarm I would 100% recommend buying it because it will make you jump out that bed n have you ready for the day.

I've always had a very hard time waking up to an alarm clock or alarm on my phone. Using an alarm clock or alarm on my phone would disturb my wife. Since getting the Pavlok my wife isn't getting disturb and it wakes me up without disturbing anyone else. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

So far I absolutely love it all, the functionality of it, the style, and quality. I highly recommend reading the instructions that come with it, it answers all the questions and makes the set up go smoothly. First it's got so many more functions than just an alarm clock and most of it is completely free on their app, I haven't even come across adds so that's definitely a 10/10 Let's start with the alarm, it has a lot of options depending on how unlikely you are to wake up so just explore. There's also a way to lock it to make it difficult to take it off in your sleep (it's on the little instructions), I haven't needed it yet but it's there. The shock is also adjustable from 10% to 100% depending on your tolerance. Personally I feel the 10 but keep it at 20 for the alarm and that works for me. My husband on the other hand is a red head and doesn't even feel it at 20. He would need it at about 85%, so you just have to adjust it to yourself. Also, nothing more energizing to me than waking up with a jolt of energy lol so it's been awesome. The vibrating and the beep are also adjustable on the app. Second, I would like to commend the feature of the timer. Driving home from work, super tired, didn't feel safe for a 20 min drive. Well this thing has a timer option, I set it up to go off every 30 seconds, to keep me awake and alert behind the wheel. It worked!!! I was even a bit worked up by the time I got home lol but I made it home safely and that is by far my favorite feature! Design and Quality: The strap is metallic, and the whole thing seems durable, I even tested the water proof claim by taking a shower with it on, it works. I prefer to take it off for showers but at least I know that it'll be fine if it rains and humidity probably won't affect it at all, I spend lots of time outside so that's a big plus for me. Now, it doesn't recommend taking it for a swim so just remember that. Lastly, it counts your steps, the sleep tracker is fantastic! And I love the habit trackers as well. The reminders keep you more engaged in the present. When I have a zap set for mid day, it interrupts my anxiety and wipes off any ruminating, I would say this thing has been almost therapeutic. I highly recommend this item to anyone who is eager to improve their lifestyle. I haven't used the AI coach yet but definitely interested in trying it once I have logged a few more weeks of habits. Seriously considering the rig to get the rest of the functions in the app such as the heart rate and oxygen readings.

So far so good after two weeks. Still working out the kinks - which guarantees work for me. So far disable snooze, smart alarm and puzzle lock work ok. I might switch to doing jumping jacks because my brain is so stubborn in the morning. I took one star off because of product quality. I only wear Pavlok 3 Pro to sleep, never out of home. Yet somehow the black metal band scratched itself (probably on itself) after 3 weeks. It's a shame because I love it's design and permeability (rubber ones mess with my skin). Magnet lock on the band also keeps the electric pins properly attached to my arm.
Game changer for sure! Day #4 and I only had to intentionally zap myself once. I use it to wake up at 4:15am everyday and to break all five of my horrible habits. There is a learning curve to it and I found that I dread getting zapped so much that just the idea of it is extremely powerful.

The pavlok 3 is a total life-saver! I had such a hard time waking up until I found the shock watch. I haven't had any technical issues with this actual model and it's been 2.5 years of owning it with nightly use. If you have a hard time waking up to a traditional alarm this is a must have! Coming from somebody who owns a soundbar that is dedicated to alarms at full volume and that still only works sometimes, however the zap from the watch works everytime!
This is my second one my first one died after 3 years I used it every day to get me up to get me out of work on time and help me from snacking. This is a well designed tool can not be without it.
