I absolutely love the metal mesh band. It feels so much better than the silicone band and has not given me a rash like silicone. It is easy to adjust and stays put with the strong magnet. The only thing I would change is the website description of "regular" to "large" or "small." "Regular" is not a size. It does not mean anything unless it is compared to something that is "irregular." I ordered the wrong size due to the website errors, but Pavlok customer service sent me the correct size afterwards. Great job, Pavlok!
Anyone that wants to purchase something from Pavlik, you get 10% off with coupon code “pavloc” at checkout. It’s a great product and a great deal! Break those bad habits! Start a new good habit instead. You got this!
I was not a fan of the normal bands. The Pavlok 3 Pro is EXTREMELY efficient!! Even my husband noticed I was bouncing out of bed when prior to this archaic torture device I was more like a toddler when it came to waking up (& for sure getting up). Great product.
Excellent band. I like it better than the original silicone band. It is easier to get off and I can adjust the tightness as needed. The magnet is pretty strong. I've been using it over a week and it has not self adjusted on it's own yet. I wear it while sleeping and some days if I expect I need alarms throughout the day. I do recommend this band.
I got the shock clock 3 with the display, it has a variety of different controls including sleep tracking, steps and bpm tracking Etc. But most of all the shock :>, and let me tell you it's no joke, when that first snap hits u in the morning u won't want to go back to sleep. Even at low levels the thing rocks man, let my grandpa try it at 50% and I'm pretty sure he had a flashback to Vietnam. Plus, it has a series of different methods to get you up like a light sleep mode which tracks when your bpm is out of deep sleep so you'll wake up easier or an escalating mode which if you fall back to sleep it will let you know, I repeat it will let you know. All in all, if you're having trouble with waking up or you're a deep sleeper or need a habit to break it's the way to go, and the digital screen is even better, but all the other models will do the trick.
I have always had trouble waking up to an alarm clock or my phone alarm. Since having the Pavlok it has woken me up daily with no troubles and it didn't disturb my wife.
Pavlok is great. I have it set up to help me stay more focused in the moment by pinging me once a minute and it's significantly better than just a smart watch vibrating.
