Pavlok wearables are covered by our 6-month money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Only devices purchased from official Pavlok channels are eligible. Devices purchased via a 3rd party platform (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc) are not eligible. You may return the device for any reason within this period, provided that:


  • The device is in good working condition

  • There is no physical damage (e.g., water damage, cracks, internal corrosion)

  • The device has not been taken apart or attempted to be repaired.


In addition, Pavlok devices listed are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:


  • Accidental or physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse

  • Lost or stolen devices

Devices purchased from 3rd party channels (eBay, Facebook marketplace, etc)

Return and refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided that:


  • The device is in good working condition

  • There is no physical damage (e.g., water damage, cracks, internal corrosion)


In addition, Pavlok Rings are covered by a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:


  • Accidental or physical damage

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse

  • Lost or stolen devices

Rental Programs

For devices purchased through the Pavlok Rental Program, this is a monthly subscription, not a payment plan toward ownership. You can cancel your subscription anytime by returning the device, or purchase it outright for $99 USD


Monthly rental fees are non-refundable, as each charge covers that month's use.


Devices under active subscriptions are covered by warranty for the duration of the subscription

Pavlok Accessories

Pavlok accessories (charging cables, bands, etc) purchased via official channels are eligible for return within 30 days of your date of purchase, provided that:


  • The accessory is in good working condition

  • There is no physical damage


Warranty

Accessories are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental or physical damage
• Water damage
• Unauthorized modifications or misuse
• Lost or stolen items
• 3rd party or accessories purchased through a non official Pavlok channel

Pavlok AI Tools/Services

Any purchase (lifetime, yearly, and monthly) of subscription products/services of Pavlok AI Coach and Pavlok Plus are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.


Canceling stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current or past billing periods.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

STEP 1

Visit Return Portal

Head over to online return portal to initiate your return. You'll need your order number and email address.

STEP 2

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

STEP 3

Ship It Back

Use the provided return label or ship it back using your preferred carrier. Make sure to get tracking information for your records.

STEP 4

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
