How to Connect IFTTT and Pavlok

In today’s interconnected world, we are surrounded by a myriad of smart devices and applications that simplify our lives. Imagine if you could integrate your Pavlok wearable device with these technologies to create a seamless and personalized experience. Well, with the power of IFTTT (If This Then That), you can do just that.

In this blog post, we will explore the exciting integration between Pavlok and IFTTT, unlocking a whole new level of possibilities for behavior modification, habit formation, and personal productivity. Whether you want to enhance your morning routine, boost your motivation, or automate certain tasks, the Pavlok and IFTTT integration has got you covered. Let’s delve into this powerful combination and discover how it can transform the way you live and work.

What the IFTTT integration can do

Our software team has worked tirelessly to create an integration that will allow you to use every single feature of Pavlok with IFTTT – beep, LED lights, vibration, and even the almighty zap.

Pavlok has the ability to be so much more than just a habit-breaking device, and now there’s a whole new set of features that will allow you to automate Pavlok when you connect it to IFTTT.

When you integrate IFTTT and Pavlok, it opens up a world of possibilities for automatically triggering feedback, not just a zap. Integrating IFTTT “recipes” can create triggers based on data from other devices or your online activity that will automatically trigger Pavlok’s beep, vibration, LED, or electric stimulus – at whatever strength level you choose! How awesome is that?

Integrate IFTTT to work with your other devices

Want a vibration from Pavlok when you achieve a fitness goal, or an automatic zap when you don’t? Since many popular fitness trackers are also on IFTTT (like Fitbit and Jawbone Up) you can now trigger Pavlok based on your fitness activity.

Want the ultimate in tough love? Connect your smart fridge to Pavlok and receive a zap if you open your refrigerator door late at night, and receive a push notification asking “are you sure you’re hungry?” Crazy, right? It works!

Integrate IFTTT and Pavlok to stay on top of important tasks

Need a reminder to get up from your desk and walk around every hour? Want to be reminded to get to bed on time, and receive a zap if you’re on your phone before bedtime? All of that and more is now possible with Pavlok and enhanced with IFTTT integration.

Integrate IFTTT and Pavlok and sync a recipe to your preferred calendar app to remind you to take breaks, get things done, and manage your time better. Never miss a critical update or an important meeting again.
