The Pavlok Healthy Habit Sweepstakes is a major step in our mission to create a new way for people to view habits. We want people to be paid money for doing good habits.
This is the first iteration of the Sweepstakes. Every weekday (Mon-Fri) between Feb 24 and Mar 23, 2020, we are awarding one healthy person $50 dollars for doing good habits. At the end of the period, one lucky winner will win the $1000 grand prize.
Pavlok Membership Subscribers will earn one entry for every 1000 steps they walk, up to 10,000 steps. They will automatically receive an entry as they walk throughout the day.
There will be twenty daily prizes awarded, and one grand prize.
For non Pavlok Membership Subscribers, you can still enter. No purchase is necessary to enter, and any purchase or payment will not improve your chances to win.
There are three ways to enter.
1) Pavlok Membership Subscribers – simply wear your device and walk 1000+ steps. You’ll earn one entry for every 1000 steps, up to ten entries total each day. You must have redeemed the Pavlok Sweepstakes module in the app. You will receive a code you must enter to redeem this entry — or email us at support@pavlok.com to request the code. You can become a Pavlok Membership Subscriber by ordering a Pavlok + Membership at https://pavlok.com/products/pavlok-2/ .
2) Manual Entry – use your step data from any other data source — such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, etc — as your entry data. Simply upload a screenshot of your stepcount within 24 hours of the day you’d like to enter for. You’ll earn 1 entry for every 1000 steps, up to 10 entries total per day. (Due to the file upload requirement, you’ll need to log in with your Google account).

3) Open Entry — due to ‘the man’, we gotta let anyone enter with no purchase or effort necessary. Anyone, regardless of purchase or step count, can enter these sweepstakes with up to ten entries per day. Simply submit the following form within 24 hours after the date you’d like to submit entries for. You will earn one entry per submission. You can enter up to ten entries, by submitting the form ten times. Do not submit more than ten entries for any given day or you will be disqualified.

Eligibility. This Pavlok Habit Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship. The Sweepstakes sponsor is Behavioral Technology Group, Inc. DBA Pavlok (“Sponsor”), located at 539 W. Commerce St #3141, Dallas TX 75208. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period. This Sweepstakes begins on Feb 24, 2020 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on Mar 23, 2020 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter.
(i) Habit Challenge Automatic Entry for Pavlok Membership Subscribers. Pavlok Membership Subscribers are challenged to do healthy habits via the Pavlok wearable device and the Pavlok app. Pavlok membership subscribers will earn one entry for every thousand (1000) steps they walk, up to ten thousand (10,000) steps, as tracked by the Pavlok App and Device, in one twenty-four (24) hour period, beginning at 12:00am and ending at 11:59 pm, originating in their time zone (determined on app instal by their phone settings). Every user has a maximum of ten daily entries, which they will reach at ten thousand (10,000) tracked steps. Pavlok Membership Subscribers must enroll in this challenge by redeeming the Sweepstakes module in the Pavlok app, using a Redeem code. Their first entry will begin on or after the date they enter the redeem code. Subscribers will receive the redeem code via email, or may request it by emailing support@pavlok.com.
(ii) Habit Challenge Manual Entry for Non Pavlok Membership Subscribers. Non Pavlok Membership Subscribers may submit a screenshot of their step count via any app of their choice, such as but not limited to: Fitbit, Apple Health, Google Fit, etc., that clearly shows the number of steps they completed in a twenty four (24) hour same calendar-day period. (iii) Open Entry. During the Entry Period, visit the Sweepstakes registration page located on
Sponsor’s website at https://pavlok.com/sweepstakes and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address phone number, and email address. (NOTE: You must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing or within twenty-four (24) hours after the date to be eligible). You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and/or Administrator. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. You will earn one entry per submission, up to ten entries maximum per day.
Limitations on Entries. LIMIT TEN ENTRIES PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER 24 HOURS. No third party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which consists of: 1000 cash. Winner must have all necessary identification (i.e. valid U.S. driver’s license) required for idenitification. Winner agrees to accept the Grand Prize “as is” and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Grand Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the Grand Prize for which Sponsor and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1000, Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. [A Form 1099 will be issued to Grand Prize winner]. Grand Prize Winner must also provide Sponsor with a video, either emailed to support@pavlok.com, done via recorded interview with a team member of Sponsor, or recorded via the Tell Your Story module in the app. More details will be sent to the prize winner about video / interview after notifying the prize winner. Daily Prize: Twenty (20) Daily Prizes will be awarded during the Entry Period. Each prize is a 50 cash prize. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted. Winner is responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, if applicable. Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or Administrator. Daily Prize Winner must also provide Sponsor with a video, either emailed to support@pavlok.com, done via recorded interview with a team member of Sponsor, or recorded via the Tell Your Story module in the app. More details will be sent to the prize winner about video / interview after notifying the prize winner. DAILY PRIZE WINNER MUST RECORD THE VIDEO WITHIN SEVENTY TWO (72) HOURS OF BEING NOTIFIED TO REDEEM PRIZE, OR THE PRIZE WILL BE GIVEN TO AN ALTERNATE ENTRANT, OR NOT GIVEN AT ALL, AT THE SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER PERSON.
Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period via an online system. Grand prize winner will be selected on or around Mar 23, 2020. Daily Prize Winners will be selected for each weekday, within Seventy Two (72) hours of the 11:59pm ET daily deadline. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Sweepstakes rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing, or the prize will be canceled, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be notified by email. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by email within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing or the prize may be canceled at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize will be sent to winner by PayPal or another agreed upon method fourteen (14) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn or prize may be canceled at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Sweepstakes.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR-OWNED WEBSITE OR MOBILE APPLICATION OR RELATED SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE, THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
General Terms. By entering this Sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Winner’s Name. The name of winners is available only within Sixty(60) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. To receive the name of the winners , where permitted by law, or a printed copy of the Sweepstakes Official Rules, please contact Sponsor by email at support@pavlok.com with the subject line “Request for Sweepstakes Winners”.
