    Set Your Sleep and Wake Up Times in the Pavlok App

    Your Pavlok will remind you to begin winding down for the day to ensure that you get a restful night’s sleep. Just make sure to put it on before bed and you’re all set.

    Your Pavlok Will Track Your Sleep

    Your Pavlok will track your sleep cycle and gently vibrate to wake you up in the lightest phase of sleep shortly before your programmed alarm time. You can set the intensity of this vibration in the accompanying Pavlok mobile app.

    Wake Up Feeling Refreshed

    Since your Pavlok is waking you up in your lightest sleep phase, you’ll be ready to wake up feeling energized and ready to tackle the day. 

    That’s it! Wear your wristband to sleep, and you will start waking up at your desired time. 

    The Pavlok 2 is designed to make sure that you wake up and get out of bed. For especially hard sleepers, the device offers a variety of advanced features to make sure that snoozing is not an option. These settings can be selected inside of the Pavlok app. 

    The Jumping Jack Wake Up: select this feature and the Pavlok won’t turn off until you do a set of jumping jacks.

    QR Code Wake Up: print out a specialized QR code and stick it on your fridge. The Pavlok won’t turn off until you walk to the fridge and scan the code.

    The “Zap” Wake Up: The Pavlok will emit safe electrical impulses to wake you up. Try to snooze through that!
