Step 1
Place your Pavlok hardware on your wrist.

Step 2
Download the Pavlok app on your phone.
Go into the My Pavlok Remote section and pair your wristband. Once paired you can set up the intensity of your zap. We recommend starting with 30%.

Step 3
Whenever you pull your hair press the lightning bolt button on your Pavlok wristband.
This will administer a zap and begin building the aversion. You can also turn on the Hand-Detect feature, which will alert you every time you raise your hand to your hair to pull. That’s it. Keep this up and in a very short time you will no longer habitually pull your hair.
