Have you ever felt like you have unlimited potential, but there’s something in the way?

Like you know that you are capable of being more fit, more successful in your career, or better with women…if only you had more discipline.

Now I’m not a believer in magic elixirs, but because of the science of psychology, it turns out that the same solution can help you

…or pretty much anything that will help make you the best SUPERHERO version of yourself.

I’m Maneesh Sethi, founder of Pavlok, the device that will turn you into a superhero version of yourself.

How do I know this? Well, if the information above resonated with you, then I know a lil’ bit about what it’s like to feel your potential is unfulfilled.

The Key to Breaking Away From Average

“Maneesh, if only you would just apply yourself…”

I used to hear that time and time again from my middle school teachers. Yep, what most of my friends don’t know is that, despite being a bestselling author, I was once a very average human being.

In middle school I was an average student with average accomplishments on the path to an average life. The only thing that wasn’t average about me, despite my weight (I was 40 pounds heavier), was my ambitions.

I thought that what I was missing was discipline–which is probably similar to what you’re thinking about your own situation.

But then, something very fortunate happened that changed the course of my life.

You see, I’ve always been a voracious reader. And my brother, who was moving out of the house, decided to give me three of his books on psychology. I read them all within a few days.

I realized that it wasn’t motivation, discipline, or willpower that made people great, but SOMETHING ELSE entirely (which I’ll elaborate more on below).

Yep, this realization changed my life. I graduated valedictorian of my high school (imagine my middle school teachers’ when they found out) and ended up getting a college degree from Stanford.

I don’t say that to impress you, but to impress upon you what is possible. Anyone can become a superhero version of themselves, and Pavlok helps make that possible.

Here’s a quick excerpt of what David had to say about how Pavlok helped him stop overeating (full video is below).

“I’ve struggled with my weight basically since I was like 12 or 13. I’ve done it all…just about any single diet, I’ve tried. Also tried all kinds of mental exercises. They all failed 100-percent until I got a Pavlok. I would the other advice I give anybody trying to kill the habit of overeating is to get a Pavlok if nothing else works.”

The Real Reason You’re Not Hitting Your Full Potential

When we fail to accomplish our goals, whether it’s losing weight, getting good grades, waking up early, etc., it’s easy to blame ourselves.

We beat ourselves up and tell ourselves we lacked motivation or willpower.

But what if I told you that’s not it at all?

In reality, motivation and willpower don’t play huge roles. They do play a role, but not as much as you would think.

You see, motivation and willpower are like a car’s battery. They work with a car’s ignition to help get it going, but they’re not the main source of energy. We have limited reserves of them, in fact.

Habit, on the other hand, is unlimited. This is what I learned in my own transformation. I stopped relying on MOTIVATION and WILLPOWER and instead shifted my focus towards breaking bad HABITS.

Once I did that, the sky was the limit.

I wanted to share this with everyone…but there were two problems:

  • Research suggests that bad habits can’t be destroyed…only be replaced with another habit. Sort of. (We’ll get to that in a second)
  • This process took me years, and I wanted to help people do this in a matter of weeks.

The Creation of Pavlok

One of my degrees at Stanford is in psychology. In fact, I’m a bit of a psychology geek, and I’m used to pouring over tons of research on the weekends.

In thinking about how I can change someone’s habits…and QUICKLY…I stumbled upon the only research that claimed to be able to destroy bad habits.

It involved electroshock therapy and fascinatingly enough, the “negative feedback” for a shock could destroy bad habits. But that was a bit scary for even me–was there I way I could replicate that in a safe, effective way in a wearable?

Well, after 3 years of research with some of the smartest people in the field, as well as a $300,000 backing from Indiegogo, Pavlok was born.

Yes, We Understand This Sounds Crazy

Yes, trust me. I know that the idea of “shocking yourself” sounds absolutely insane. I fought against the idea long and hard but realized that this kind of device could help people too much for me to ignore it.

A few thoughts on that…

The “shock” that you receive isn’t super intense. It’s more like a static electricity shock on a cold day. You can also adjust the intensity up or down depending on your tolerance.

We guarantee it’s safe, effective, and if you don’t believe us–we’ll give 100% of your money back.

Yep. I’ve put my blood, sweat, and tears into this product. So many of our customers have told us it changed their lives (you can read all of the stories here) that I am sure you will be 100% SATISFIED with it. If not, we’ll give you your money back no questions asked.
