First, you download the app and create your account.
Connect to your device
Next, you select your device (Shock Clock or Pavlok) and pair to it.
Set up your alarm
Next, you get to choose your habit. If you choose the option of Become a Morning Person, you set your alarm

And then, you get an option to activate Snooze Lock. Snooze lock is a cool feature, that MAKES you get out of bed. When your alarm goes off, the pavlok will vibrate to wake you — you now have a couple mins to get out of bed and do Jumping Jacks to turn off the alarm — or it zaps you 🙂
Now, when you go to bed, you can enable Sleep Tracking! This will let the device automatically record the quality of your sleep.
